Mr. Amit Punpale has done Mtech in instrumentation and is a Chartered Manager (CMI leadership and management). He is currently working at a global investment management firm Bluecrest. 

 He has volunteered his time on various educational charities like SportsInspired, the switch and coding black females. Outside of work, he spends time helping his son and family friends with STEM subjects. He is also an avid listener of podcasts and audio books. 

 He aims to leverage his skills and experience to foster a positive and enriching environment for young people. 

Mr. Vineet Singh is the Managing Director and Head of Research for European Fundamental Credit at BlackRock. In this role, he oversees the research processes for European leveraged finance, which includes high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and middle-market private debt.

Before joining BlackRock, Singh was a senior research analyst at Beach Point Capital, where he played a key role in establishing the firm’s London office and was involved in sourcing, researching, and investing in European leveraged credit and equities. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Unigestion, focusing on credit and distressed debt fund-of-hedge fund strategies. His earlier roles include positions with Oak Hill Advisors and JP Morgan in leveraged finance in London and New York.

Mr. Singh graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Physics and earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dartmouth College. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD. 

Ms. Maria Poullos brings extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Alongside her professional career, she is deeply committed to supporting her children’s education, with two attending different independent schools. Her hands-on involvement includes serving as treasurer at their primary school, where she managed financial records and budgets, gaining a deep understanding of the educational system. She is currently active in the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at their secondary school, collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrators to organize events, fundraise, and advocate for the school community.

Beyond her professional and volunteer commitments, Ms. Poullos enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular gym sessions and exploring diverse culinary experiences in her free time. She finds great fulfillment in balancing her career, family, and community involvement, all while striving to make a positive impact in both her home and the broader educational landscape.

Ms. Natasha Kallis is a Senior Learning and Development professional at a prominent law firm, with extensive Human Resources experience in the financial services sector, including roles at HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays. Throughout her career, Natasha has been dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences, driven by a passion for fostering growth and development in both adults and children.

 With a robust background in designing and implementing educational programmes, Ms. Kallis brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the school board.

 As a mother of two young children, Ms. Kallis is deeply invested in the education system and understands the importance of creating enriching and supportive learning environments.
