Class 6 Leavers’ Mass and Party: A Day to Remember!

Class 6 wrapped up their primary school journey with an unforgettable celebration. The day began with a heartfelt mass at Christ the King Church in Cockfosters. Students, teachers, and parents gathered to give thanks for the wonderful years spent together and to seek blessings for the future. The church was filled with touching moments, shared prayers, and a sense of community spirit.
After the mass, everyone returned to school for an Oscar-themed party. The hall was transformed into a glamorous venue, complete with a red carpet and sparkling decorations. The highlight of the event was an award ceremony that celebrated the unique talents and achievements of both pupils and teachers. Awards ranged from academic excellence to the most helpful and most creative, ensuring that every student felt special and appreciated.
The school’s chef, Mitch, outdid himself with a feast that delighted everyone. There were a variety of delicious dishes to choose from, and the meal ended with an epic cake that was almost too beautiful to eat. To add to the fun, a photo booth captured silly and memorable moments, while a wave simulator provided exciting thrills.
Music filled the air as the DJ played everyone’s favorite tunes, and students danced and sang along, making the most of their time together. The party atmosphere was electric, and smiles were everywhere.
The celebrations continued on a high note as news broke that England had beaten The Netherlands to qualify for the final. Cheers and jubilation erupted, adding another layer of excitement to the already joyful day.

Class 6’s leavers’ mass and party was a perfect blend of reflection, recognition, and fun. It was a day filled with laughter, tears of joy, and lasting memories, marking the end of a significant chapter and the beginning of new adventures for all.
