Vita et Pax School Hosts Vibrant Vita Gras Summer Fayre
On June 29th, Vita et Pax School celebrated its annual summer fayre with a spectacular twist: Vita Gras. This Mardi Gras-themed event transformed the school grounds into a festive carnival, delighting attendees with a colourful array of activities and entertainment under a beautiful, sunny sky.
The day was filled with joyous music from a lively steel drum band, setting the perfect backdrop for the numerous festivities. One of the highlights was the mask competition, where students and guests showcased their creativity with an impressive variety of vibrant, handcrafted masks. The excitement continued with a spirited mask parade, allowing participants to flaunt their artistic creations.
Visitors enjoyed a variety of stalls and attractions, including a bustling bottle tombola and a selection of fun inflatables that kept the younger guests entertained. The event also featured a classic barbecue and a well-stocked bar, ensuring that there were plenty of refreshments available for all.
A major draw of the fayre was the raffle, which offered an array of incredible prizes. Notable among them were coveted box tickets to see Arsenal and tickets to watch Tottenham, sparking enthusiastic participation from football fans.
